The Franklin County Fire Training facility is located at 195 Shively Road in Ferrum VA. It is a 2800 sq. foot state-of-the-art Class A facility, designed to train and improve the skills of firefighters. Reserve the Fire Training Facility

Simulations allow firefighters to gain real-life experience in a controlled setting. Possible simulations available at this facility are Fire Ground Operations, Technical Rope Rescue, Vehicle Rescue/Extrication and Hazardous Materials.
